We specialize in custom software development, cloud computing, IT project support services, mobile application development, artificial intelligence solutions, machine learning and new media development. We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our Washington DC team!

Our Analysts lead conversations with key stakeholders to elicit requirements. Manage the communication and clarification of requirements between the business and the development team. Act as a liaison between the business and development team. Collaborate with clients to prioritize business requirements. Lead the analysis effort and develop detailed user, business, and functional requirements. Create visual models to enable collective understanding of processes, data flow, user interaction, and others as needed. Validate that solution components meet business requirements. Define processes and techniques to efficiently elicit requirements needed from the business users. Facilitate the analysis of what needs to be done to bring the business to a desired future state. Analyze the business to identify capability gaps and/or opportunities and to determine value-added solution.

The Business Analyst will work with internal and external stakeholders to collect and thoughtfully translate business needs into requirements for documentation such as business requirements documents, statements of work, and requests for proposals. This role will also analyze data to inform the business requirements development process and develop a reporting framework that provides insights into client's portfolio of programs. *

Deliverable:

Actively participate in and contribute to discussions with internal and external stakeholders, documentation of current and future state processes and workflows). Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data, document business requirements in a manner that can be leveraged for BRDs, SOWs, and RFPs). Provide a summarized analysis of research findings and recommendations for specific industry related items (inclusive of competitive research, industry research, non-industry research). Meet with Sr. Program Managers to understand what data is available, analyze the data and design reporting templates that can be utilized by Sr. Program Managers to track and monitor their portfolio of programs.
